Terms of Service

By accessing or using Will Pay Now, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Will Pay Now is a reverse marketplace. Buyers post offers stating what they are willing to pay for goods or services. Sellers browse offers and pay a fee to unlock the buyer's contact information so they can negotiate and complete a transaction. We are a listing platform, not a party to any transaction between users.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate the marketplace.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Offers must be honest, accurate, and lawful.
• You may not post offers for illegal goods, services, or activities.
• You may not post spam, scams, or deceptive content.
• Offers expire automatically after 24 hours unless you have an active boost.
• We reserve the right to remove any offer that violates these terms.

• Lead unlocks are priced by category, ranging from $2.99 (food, small-ticket items) to $9.99 (real estate, vehicles). The exact price for an offer is shown before payment. This is a one-time fee to reveal a buyer's contact information (phone, email, and address).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• Refund policy for unlocks: Unlock fees are non-refundable once contact information has been revealed. If you experience a technical error (e.g., payment succeeds but contact info does not display), contact us within 48 hours at courtneyworkz24@gmail.com for a review. Approved cases will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Disputes & chargebacks: If you believe a charge was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and, if warranted, issue a refund directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
• Boost purchases: Featured boost fees are non-refundable once the boost has been applied to an offer. If a boost fails to activate due to a platform error, contact us within 48 hours for a review and potential refund or credit.
• Future pricing: Unlock and boost prices may change. Any price changes will not affect already-paid or active purchases.

Users may not:

• Use the platform for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to bypass payment systems or access restrictions.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse other users' data or listings.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent their identity.
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

Will Pay Now facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services.
• The accuracy of user representations.
• Payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks between users.
• Any harm resulting from offline interactions or transactions.

Users are solely responsible for vetting counterparties and negotiating terms.

Boosts increase an offer's visibility for a fixed duration. Placement and visibility are not guaranteed. We do not promise a specific number of views, unlocks, or sales. Boosts are a promotional tool, not an investment.

Users retain ownership of the content they post. By posting on Will Pay Now, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you have the right to post everything you submit.

You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but any prior obligations (such as payment obligations) remain.

Will Pay Now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Will Pay Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
